Civics is a course in which explores past, present, and future trends in government and society. Research and discussion will be done with historical documents, wars, and the Missouri and United States political system. Discover sociological relationships between citizens of the United States and government. Civics also identifies and labels geographic features in Missouri, the United States and world-wide. All Civics classes are required to pass both the Missouri Constitution as well as the United States Constitution tests with a grade of 70% or higher, for graduation requirements. There will also be a state required, End of Course "Government" exam for this course.
